Our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Nicholas Tham started with Marine Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic, specialized with Honors in Accounting and Finance, MSc Marketing and EMBA .
Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Nicholas Tham was the former Head of Primeserv Singapore and South East Asia; Head of Technical Service and Head of Sales. Mr. Nicholas Tham also sits as the Group Executive Director representing I.T.I. Group of Companies.
Mr. Nicholas Tham has more than 20 years of broad experience in the maritime industry and a proven Entrepreneur.

THE GROUP
On 6 April 2022, Mr. Nicholas Tham, our Chief Executive Officer, founded DIESELMECH ASIA PTE. LTD. with a vision to provide expert engine repair services. Over the past years, he has transformed the company from a repair-focused business into a comprehensive marine engineering solutions provider.
Under his leadership, the company has expanded beyond Singapore, establishing a presence in key international markets including Malaysia, Indonesia, China, the United Arab Emirates (serving the Middle East), and Turkey (representing our entry into Europe). This strategic growth reflects our commitment to building a strong global footprint.
From a modest five-member team at inception, the company has grown to a workforce of approximately 50 employees worldwide as of 2025.
